Fengsheng Policy on Conflict Minerals
Conflict minerals (tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold, or ¡°3TG¡±) originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo(DRC) or adjoining countries are mined and sold, under the control of non-state armed groups, human rights violations and labor abuses in the region.
Fengsheng supports and complies with the Conflict-Free Sourcing Initiative (CFSI) legislation and makes policy as follows:
1. Fengsheng requires our suppliers and their supply chains to commit to comply with the conflict free minerals requirements.
2.Fengsheng has conducted supplier¡¯s survey since 2012, using CFSI Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT), to assure conflict minerals used in products supplied to Fengsheng are conflict free.
3.Fengsheng encourages our suppliers and their supply chains to sourcing 3TG from compliant smelters and refiners on the Conflict-Free Smelter Program (CFSP) conflict-free list. |
